5-part plastic crates
Next to an injection molding machine, the custom gripper receives the 5 parts of each collapsible crate and works with a table that presses and locks its sides.

Mundos Virtuales is an official SCHUNK distributor in Chile: we sell SCHUNK grippers and integrate them into FANUC robotic cells, with local technical support. If no standard gripper fits, we design a custom one.
The gripper is the part of the cell that touches the workpiece: if it does not hold it properly, the robot loses cycles, damages the part or places it out of position. Because we are also an official FANUC robot integrator, when we integrate a gripper we define it together with the robot, the layout and the controls, not as an accessory added at the end.
When the part and the process allow it, we start from a standard SCHUNK gripper. We sell it to you on its own if you already have the robot or the machine, or we integrate it into one of our cells. We did this in a food application, with a SCHUNK needle gripper mounted on a FANUC Delta M3ia robot.
When no standard gripper fits, we design the tool for that part and build it with 3D printing, machining and assembly in our workshop. That is how we made the grippers that pick banknotes without damaging them.
Some applications require picking several parts or working with a table or a machine. We design the grip around the whole cycle, not just the moment the part is picked.
We mount the gripper on the robot, program it and coordinate it with the PLC, computer vision and the machines on the line.
Robotic cellsTwo-finger and three-finger SCHUNK grippers that we integrate into robotic cells with FANUC robots. We also sell SCHUNK grippers on their own, so you can mount them on your own robot or machine.
Each one was a complete robotic cell with a FANUC robot, designed and commissioned by our team.
Next to an injection molding machine, the custom gripper receives the 5 parts of each collapsible crate and works with a table that presses and locks its sides.
A gripper positions and loads parts into the three machines and automates their feeding.
Grippers designed and 3D printed so that two coordinated FANUC robots can pick banknotes without damaging them.
When the part does not always arrive in the same position, the gripper works with a camera that tells it where to pick.
In a chicken leg detection system, a FANUC Delta M3ia robot with a SCHUNK needle gripper picks each piece guided by a 3D camera and a color camera, and a pneumatic system flips it. In the banknote cell, computer vision detects the denomination, position and condition of each banknote before the gripper picks it. And in R&D we developed blueberry detection and handling with computer vision.
FANUC robot integrationWe do not publish fixed prices: the cost depends on the part, the type of grip and whether the tool is standard or custom-built. We quote after the technical assessment. If you only need the SCHUNK gripper, tell us the application or the model and we will quote it separately.
We serve you from our office at Miraflores 383, Torre Centenario, Floor 22, Santiago, Chile. You can also call us at +56 2 2634 0001.

Tell us about the part and the process, or the SCHUNK gripper you need, and we will send you a quote: the gripper on its own or integrated into a robotic cell.
