FANUC robot maintenance in Chile

Preventive and corrective maintenance for FANUC and Toshiba robots, with a contractual SLA, spare parts stock and phone support, nationwide.

Two articulated FANUC industrial robots

A stopped robot stops the line

When an industrial robot fails, it is not just one machine that stops: the cell stops, and often the whole line. Industrial robot maintenance aims to prevent that and, if it happens, to keep the downtime as short as possible. We have more than 9 years of experience integrating and maintaining robots, and we work on five pillars: safety, productivity, cost, reliability and technology.

What our maintenance plan includes

Five building blocks combined into a contract tailored to your plant.

Contractual SLA

We sign a service level agreement that sets quality levels, expected performance, responsibilities and guarantees. You know what you get, and we are accountable for it.

Periodic preventive maintenance

Scheduled visits to check the robot, controller, end effector and cell peripherals. Preventive robot maintenance detects wear before it turns into unplanned downtime.

Spare parts and consumables stock

We keep spare parts and consumables available for the equipment covered by the contract, so you do not depend on an import when something fails.

Phone support

Your plant team can call us to diagnose a problem, answer an operating question or decide whether a visit is needed.

Corrective maintenance

When there is a failure, we go on site to diagnose and repair it. We also adjust programs, change recipes and calibrate robots.

Nationwide coverage

We serve plants throughout Chile. Visit frequency and logistics are agreed in the contract based on your location.

FANUC and Toshiba robot technical service

As an official FANUC robot integrator, we know these robots from cell design through commissioning. The same team provides the technical service.

We also maintain Toshiba robots, and we service robots integrated by other companies: we start by reviewing the condition of the cell, the program and the available documentation.

In 2020 we were the first in Latin America to use the FANUC force sensor in production. That experience with uncommon applications helps us troubleshoot cells that do not follow a standard design.

If your robot has been left without support or has not been serviced in a while, the first step is a technical assessment: based on that diagnosis we propose what to do now and what to include in the preventive plan.

What we check in a robotic cell

Robot
Mechanical condition, motion and calibration.
Controller
Programs, alarms and backups.
End effector
Gripper, suction cups or custom tool, and their wear.
Safety
Cell fencing, sensors and guarding.
Integration
Communication with PLC, HMI, vision and conveyors.
Industrial electrical panel with pilot lights and heavy-duty sockets

Beyond the robot

A cell depends on much more than the robot arm. That is why we also provide industrial maintenance for the equipment around it.

Electrical panels, PLCs, HMI screens, sensors and instrumentation are part of the same system. Checking them in the same visit keeps a control fault from being mistaken for a robot fault.

How we get started

1. Assessment

We review the robots and equipment in your plant: brand, model, application, failure history and current condition.

2. Proposal and SLA

We propose the preventive visit frequency, spare parts to stock and service level, and put it in writing in the contract.

3. Ongoing service

We carry out the planned visits, handle corrective work and adjust the plan based on what we see on site.

Robot maintenance FAQ

Can't find your question? Write to us and a specialist from the area will reply.

What does preventive maintenance of a FANUC robot include?
Periodic visits under an agreed plan to check the condition of the robot, its controller, cabling, end effector and cell peripherals, and to catch wear before it stops the line. The exact scope of each visit is defined in the contract.
Do you maintain robots you did not install?
Yes. We service FANUC and Toshiba robots even if another company integrated them. Tell us the model, the application and the current condition of the cell so we can assess the scope.
What is a maintenance SLA?
It is the service level agreement we sign with you. It defines quality levels, expected performance, each party's responsibilities and the service guarantees, so both sides know what to expect.
Do you stock spare parts for industrial robots?
We keep spare parts and consumables in stock as part of the maintenance proposal. Which parts are kept available is agreed in the contract based on the equipment in your plant.
Do you work outside Santiago?
Yes. We provide maintenance services nationwide. Visit planning is agreed in the contract based on your plant's location.
How much does industrial robot maintenance cost?
It depends on the number and model of robots, the application, the visit frequency and the service level you need. That is why we do not publish fixed prices: we quote after reviewing your equipment.

Do your robots need a maintenance plan?

Tell us which robots you have and how they work today. We will propose a plan with an SLA, preventive visits and spare parts tailored to your plant.
