Not all of our research and development work reaches the market. These prototypes combine mechanical design, robotics, computer vision, controls and in-house fabrication.
R&D work in automation, robotics and cash handling. Some were proofs of concept; others solved a specific problem in a process.
A cash deposit machine with an integrated banknote processing module to accept, validate and count deposits with high reliability and traceability.
From modeling and simulation to a working physical prototype: a SCARA robot with computer vision that picks and arranges banknotes, minimizing manual cash handling.
A robotic cell for automatic banknote counting and sorting (cash sorter) that increases processing speed and traceability in cash handling.
The original display of a banknote counter reset the piece count and amount after reaching 10,000 pieces. Through reverse engineering we developed an external display (UWF-VISORPRO) that shows the cumulative piece count and amount without resets, giving the count continuity and traceability.
Chicken leg detection with computer vision and leg flipping with a pneumatic system.
